Areca Home Inspections will prepare a site specific report. At the conclusion of the inspection you will receive an emailed report and explanations of the reports findings.

Each house is different. Condominiums, single-family homes will vary in inspection times, however you should expect between 2-3 hours.

It is not mandatory that you attend but it is recommended. If you are there you will have an opportunity to directly ask the inspector questions onsite and see first hand what the inspector is commenting on
